This document was kindly supplied by Richard from yacht 'Aliesha'. He has been representing yachtsmen to the MSCHOA (Maritime Security Centre for the Horn of Africa).
The attached document is the final draft of the suggested procedures for yachts transiting the Gulf of Aden.
